Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject
to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability
and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or
representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and
subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for
which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice
for further information.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which
appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover
an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform
you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to
contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you
have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition;
such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included
in the 'Total Cost'.

accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may

We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained within
this website is as accurate as possible. Please note that colours displayed
will depend upon the settings of your computer and monitor and it is therefore
impossible to guarantee that the colour your monitor displays will accurately
represent the colour of the product ordered. Similarly, sizes between
manufacturers may vary. A size chart is provided as a guide only. This
chart shows the standard measurements for British ladies dress sizes.
Pricing Information Please note that all prices are correct at the time
of publication. We do try to maintain prices but it is sometimes necessary
to increase or decrease prices. The price paid at the time of checkout
is final and will not be amended. Availability If an item is ordered
which is unavailable or will take longer than the standard delivery time
we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing
and delivery address. Your payment card information is collected by WorldPay

We may record which products you are interested in and which products

us to improve the service we provide. We do not disclose buyers' information
