Returns Policy
We understand that on occasions the dress you chose may not be suitable.
Should you wish to return goods purchased from Dress-Stop.com, you MUST
provide us with notice of cancellation by phone within 3 days of receipt
of goods.
Please call 02920 547040 and we will give you a return reference number,
which should be written on the returned package.
Goods returned without a reference number will be sent back and no refund
given.
Once the return reference number has been given, goods must be returned
back to us within 7 days of date of receipt (the date the parcel was signed
for). Goods received back after this date will be returned to the customer
and no refund given.
Goods must be returned to us using an insured and trackable service such
as Royal Mail Special Delivery or other courier, as we cannot be held
responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Goods returned to us must be in brand new condition. Upon return of the
item in new condition, we will refund the purchase price, less the initial
carriage charge.
In the event of an item being returned to us in an unsaleable condition,
e.g. make-up marks, deodorant marks, stains, tags missing, signs of alteration
or signs of wear, we will return the item to you and no refund will be
issued.
Should you wish to exchange for another size or style, please phone the
shop and we will reserve the new dress and send it as soon as we receive
back the original one. Postage costs will be applied to the second dress.
This returns policy has been designed to protect both you the buyer,
and us the seller, in order to ensure a fair business transaction. It
complies with the distance selling regulations 2000 and does not affect
