2010 prom collection arrives
The 2010 prom dress collection will be unveiled officially at Dress Stop
on Saturday 6 February.
Among the favourites is a stunning Grecian-inspired, full-length dress
with a strapless bodice with light padding. The ‘rainbow’
dress which it is fondly known as by the Dress Stop team gives a very
flattering line, where the printed silk fabric is ruched at the bust with
a wide, heavily embellished band of sequins and beads.
Carole Williams, manager of Dress-Stop, said: “Pieces are coming
in daily which is very exciting. We’ve got the traditional full
princess like dresses, which are particularly popular with 16 year olds.
For the 18 year olds who are often looking for something a little slinkier,
there are a number of wonderful options from the likes of Jovani and Primavera.”
Dress-Stop is based in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff. It is Wales’
largest supplier of evening wear and promwear and has a lit catwalk in
its 500sq ft showroom. Open six days a week.
Dress Stop is the official dresser of Miss Wales and Miss Universe Great
Britain.
